In today’s episode, I got the opportunity to interview a great friend, former client, and physical therapist Corey Hoffner. In this podcast, we typically talk about nutrition so I thought it would be valuable to dive into something different that still aligns with one of the most important pillars of health: Movement. We discussed recovery and physical therapy and how these two areas relate to exercising in a healthy way.
Corey is a licensed physical therapist and certified strength and conditioning coach who has helped hundreds of people including CrossFit Athletes eliminate their shoulder and knee pain so they don’t have to miss another workout. He’s also helped the average person in outpatient physical therapy reach their goals through manual therapy, stretching, and the creation of extensive rehabilitation programs with a goal of avoiding injections, medications, and surgery.
