Do you ever wonder why is it so easy to overeat “junk food” like Oreos or Chips? No, it’s not just you, I promise. The food industry designed these foods that way. Many of these delicious foods are also very calorically dense, so the combination of high calories and not being able to eat them in small amounts can result in some negative impacts on your health.
Unfortunately we live in a time where now even “Health Foods” are being produced using the same principles as things like candy no matter how many buzzwords (i.e. gluten-free) they have on their packages.
